Experience

14 years experience in the manufacturing industry.  9 years experience managing and training employees.  4 years experience in R&D engineering product.  Experience and training in Lean Manufacturing.  Organized and transformed shops from batch and que operation to Lean.  Created and organized inventory using a kan-ban system, modified work-cell designs for single piece flow and appropriate tooling.  Participated in and led kaizen teams streamlining order and parts flow, shop floor redesign and layout, and inventory reduction.  Maintain production shop inventory levels and up-stream ordering.  Adjust inventory levels according to seasonal demands.  Hire and train seasonal employees.
